Refund & Rescheduling Policy

This policy applies to podcast guest production bookings made with Leadstosell.com / Leadstosell Podcast Network.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed when you notify us at least 72 hours before the confirmed recording time. The replacement date is subject to studio, host, and production-team availability.

Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, the work already completed, committed studio or production costs, and the package terms confirmed before payment. If Leadstosell cannot deliver the confirmed service because of an operational issue on our side, we will offer an appropriate replacement date or assess a refund for the affected undelivered service.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law. Any package-specific cancellation or refund terms will be shared in writing before payment.

How to request help

Contact us with your full name, phone number, booked channel, and recording date. We will review the request against your written booking confirmation.
