Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you submit an application, book, or purchase podcast production services from Leadstosell.com / Leadstosell Podcast Network (“Leadstosell”, “we”, “us”).

1. Applications and acceptance

Submitting an application is free and does not guarantee acceptance, a particular host, channel, recording date, or publication date. We review applications for expertise, topic relevance, and channel fit.

2. Package and payment

Pricing starts from ₹15,000 plus applicable GST. Before payment, we will confirm the selected package, final price, taxes, channel, deliverables, recording arrangements, and expected schedule in writing. Work begins according to that written confirmation.

3. Guest responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, attend confirmed sessions on time, and ensure that material you supply is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for names, stories, media, trademarks, or confidential information you provide.

4. Recording, editing, and publishing

We may edit recordings for clarity, length, quality, platform requirements, and editorial fit. Publication remains subject to production readiness, channel suitability, and third-party platform availability. Any package-specific review or approval process will be stated in writing.

5. Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee views, reach, leads, sales, revenue, rankings, or any other business result. Performance depends on the topic, guest, audience, platforms, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual property and permissions

You retain ownership of material you owned before the engagement. Rights and permitted uses for the completed episode, clips, thumbnails, and other deliverables will follow the written package confirmation. You grant us the permissions reasonably required to record, edit, publish, promote, and distribute the agreed content.

7. Rescheduling and refunds

Rescheduling and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Rescheduling Policy and any package-specific terms confirmed before payment.

8. Changes

We may update these terms for future bookings. The terms and written package confirmation in effect when you pay will apply to that booking, subject to applicable law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
